Halloween Weekend 2011!!!

It's that time of year again, and NYC RHPS is bringing it to you bigger than ever!!!

We will be having FIVE spectacular shows in the largest theater Chelsea Clearview has to offer with 300 seats, featuring the one & only original New York City Cast!!! Best yet, tickets are still the super-cheap price of only $9, lower than any theater or movie event in Manhattan, and you get BOTH!!!

Each night will feature special preshows, tricks and treats, followed by Rocky Horror as it is known and loved, with super screen accurate costumes and performances!

Performances are October 28th, 29th and 31st at Midnight, with additional 9pm shows on Saturday and Monday. Even though there are so many seats, tickets are still selling fast for all five shows, so pick yours up today, and get ready to give yourself over to absolute pleasure!!!

Beach Night 2011 - September 10th!!!

Hang 10!!! The Rocky Horror Beach Party is back!!! End your summer in style as NYC RHPS switches things up with beach themed costumes, music and other special surprises. Come to the show wearing your favorite bikini, swim trunks, or even banana hammock!!! The fun begins at midnight on Saturday, September 10th. Don't forget to pack your towel!!!

Rocky Homo - June 25th

Let's hear it for the boys!!! The men of Rocky Horror get rowdy, performing all the roles in the show, including Janet, Magenta, Columbia and Trixie! There will be special dance music, preshows and little sprinklings of love as we cap off our PRIDE events with this All-Male spectacular!!! And remember, the big parade is the very next day!

Special Guest Freddie DeJesus - June 24th!

Fredi Xtravaganza (aka Ferdinand "Freddie" DeJesus) hails from NYC, a Brooklyn Native who studied dance at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre on the coat tails of many great pop and dance culture icons, Desmond Richardson, and MADONNA. DeJesus first learned of the Rocky Horror Picture Show when he spotted Madonna leaving the theatre with a group of friends in NYC in the late 80's. The rest is history. De Jesus stepped into that theatre the following week and stepped out with Frank in his heart. Today he performs the role of Frank-N-Furter every Halloween in his new home in POLK COUNTY Lakeland, Florida, and has raised thousands of dollars for charity each time since 2003. Fredi is thrilled to share his ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW XTRAVAGANZA POWAH with NYC!!! Rocky Rocky RAH RAH RAH!

Dyky Horror Picture Show - June 18th!!!

Prepare yourself for a spectacular night of T&A (and we don't mean Tom Amici), as the girls of NYC RHPS take over all the roles in the show, including hosting. There will be special dance music, preshows, and other surprises to get you in the sapphic mood. Whether you're into lipstick or butch, this "Ladies' Night" has something for everyone! NYC RHPS 35TH ANNIVERSARY!!!

The time has finally come upon us (among other things), and this Friday, April 1st will mark the 35th Anniversary of midnight showings of Rocky Horror in New York City!

On April Fool's Day, 1976, the producers of the film, feeling they had not reached their target audience, decided to hold a midnight screening at the Waverly theater for a limited run. Word spread, audiences grew, and eventually, a cult was born. Fans started to yell things at the screen, dress as their favorite characters, and perform onstage in unison with the movie. 35 years later, the New York City Cast continues to honor those traditions every Friday and Saturday night.

To celebrate this monumental event, we have two VERY special shows lined up for you!

On Friday, April 1st, our extra special guest MC, Fan Club President and the FIRST NYC Cast Director Sal Piro will team up with Rocky Horror Legend Mad Man Mike to introduce an evening dedicated to NYC performers past and present. We will be kicking it old school, with several generations performing musical numbers together with the film, then sitting back and participating with you, the audience. Also, look out for a musical pre-show performer of the not-to-distant past to make a special appearance.

Saturday Night, April 2nd, we celebrate Theme Nights, as your current NYC Cast performs your favorite characters as, well... some of THEIR favorite characters. This night will also feature a new cut of the film, special surprises, and the WORLD PREMIERE of our live 4711 Con pre-show, "Sex & Stripes"!

LINGERIE NIGHT 2011

There's only one thing to do when it's this cold on Valentine's Day... Strip down to your underwear!!! You see us in our undies every week, now let's see you in yours at our annual Lingerie Night! On February 12th, NYC Cast will present Valentine's Day themed costumes, prizes and pre-show activities guaranteed to entice you and your special someone. Bring your spouse! Bring your lover! HAPPY HOLIDAYS, EVERYONE!!!

Get naughty with NYC RHPS as we wrap up one of the greatest years in Rocky Horror history!!! We will be sprinkling festive preshows, costuming, and other surprises into every show from now until the end of the year! There will even be shows on Christmas and New Year's night, so you won't miss out on your Rocky fix until we resume our regular Friday and Saturday schedule in 2011! So, chug that egg nog, pop the champagne and come on down!!!

SINS CON Weekend

Reminder to our fans, there will be NO CAST on Friday, September 24th as we represent NYC RHPS at the Sins O' the Flesh Convention in Los Angeles. The movie will still be screened if you need to get your Frankie fix.

However, there WILL be a cast on Saturday, September 25th at midnight, as Jd Leggett and the Boys of Bearlesque are planning a very large show you will not soon forget.

HOH Night!!!

On Friday, July 9th, THEY will come.

The Home of Happiness cast from NJ will be filling the ranks of cast for one very special night of fun and debauchery. Special guests include the infamous Larry Viezel, YouTube sensation Shawn Stutler, and many more!!!

There will also be a pre-show ceremony featuring news that is sure to rock the RHPS community on a national level. You do NOT want to miss this!!!

Gender Bender 2010

Come celebrate Gay Pride with our annual Gender Bender Night!!!

Boys will dress as girls. Girls will dress as boys. Sounds like just a regular night at Rocky? Well, it's not!!!

We will have an extra special preshow, and you will see many of our regular cast members play around with gender roles in ways that will inspire shock and awe!!!

April Fool's 2010

To mark the occasion, we will be presenting a special NEW cut of the film, and there will be a veritable cornucopia of costumes representing our many theme nights of the past years. You've never seen ANYTHING like it, and most likely never will again!

Holiday Hangover Special

HUGE thank you to all our loyal fans who came out in a blizzard to see our big deal holiday show. For those of you who are just now escaping your snowed-in cabins after having eaten all your family members to survive, FEAR NOT!! We will be reprising one of our preshows and some special gags the day after Christmas for our last show of 2009!

Keep in mind we will be taking off Friday, December 25th to drink massive amounts of egg nog!!!

2009 Christmas Spectacular!!

This Saturday, December 19th at midnight, we will be putting on a special show featuring holiday themed pre-shows, costuming and special surprises. Bring down your santa hats, garland, mistletoe, dreidels, and whatever you need to help spread the cheer for an evening guaranteed to leave you all warm and fuzzy.

There will be no show on December 25th, so this will be your last chance to catch the show before Christmas hits. You DON'T want to miss it.

Our regular show will resume December 26th at midnight for all you Scrooges out there.
